  1. All sales on gro-green.com, or on third-party eCommerce platforms are FINAL.
  2. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  3. If your product is DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, you should make a claim with the shipping company. If you require assistance, you must request our help within 10 days of delivery.
    • Please send a photograph of your damaged product to onlinesales@gro-green.com
    • Include your order number and a copy of your invoice (you can forward a copy of your email).
    • We will reply within 5 business days with the result of our inquiry.
    • You will not have to return the damaged product.
